How can I find all donors with no phone number, mailing address, or email?

To find everyone in your database who does not have a phone number, mailing address, or email address, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Constituents > All constituents. In the Advanced Search area at the top of the page, choose "Communication tags" from the dropdown menu. Leave the next value set to "Includes any", and then make your selection from the options offered when you click the Select button by clicking the relevant checkbox.

    2. NOTE: "No valid address" yields constituents who do not have a valid address, meaning it's either incomplete or missing. The same applies to "No valid phone" and "No valid email". You can choose any combination among these choices, depending on what you are looking for.

  2. Click the blue Search button in the lower right of the Advanced Search area.
