Why can't I log in to my LGL account?

Logging in
To log into your Little Green Light account, go to your account link (provided in an email from LGL when you were added as a user) and type your user name and password in the fields provided:

Another way to do this is to go to the universal login and type your email address and password in the fields provided:
http://mylgl.littlegreenlight.com
NOTE: If you've logged into Little Green Light previously, you should be able to log in again at any time using the credentials you set up when you first logged in.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the login screen and clicking Reset password. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password.
NOTE: If you don’t receive the email within 15 minutes or so, please check your spam filter to make sure it didn’t get caught there.

User name or password not recognized
If you are unable to log into your Little Green Light account or you see an error message indicating your user name or password are not recognized, please take these steps:
- Close and re-open your browser
- Try a different browser
If you’re using one browser, for example, Internet Explorer, and you have no other browser on your computer, trying downloading either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Both are free, and it is sometimes the case that another browser will work in instances where the one you typically use doesn’t work.
Go back to the Logging in section to try logging in.
Error when trying to access your account
If you attempt to go to your account at mylglaccountname.littlegreenlight.com (where mylglaccountname is the name of your account) and your browser tells you the server cannot be found, try accessing your account at this location:
mylglaccountname.lglcrm.com
Trouble logging into your account from a different computer
Cookies allow your browser to remember your login information, so in order to be able to log in to your Little Green Light account make sure your browser is enabled to accept cookies on whatever computer you are using.
To check your browser settings, use Google or another search engine to search for “enable cookies”. Include the name of the browser you are using in your search. Then choose a result from the support website for your browser, and follow the instructions provided.
