Create a comprehensive export of your database

You can create a comprehensive export of your Little Green Light database at any time. This is useful when you want a local copy of your data, in a format that can be easily opened using any spreadsheet program.

The comprehensive export is generated as multiple CSV files that are combined into a downloadable Zip file. You can run the process for your entire database. This is also automatically performed for constituents when they are deleted via bulk delete. Results will always be sorted by the LGL constituent ID number. 

To create a comprehensive export of all of your constituents and their data, go to Home > Reports. Then click the Comprehensive Export tab, and click the Generate new comprehensive export button, as shown here:
