Updating your QuickBooks Online login credentials
If you have changed the login credentials you are using to connect your QuickBooks Online account with Little Green Light, when you attempt to access the connection you will see the error message highlighted in yellow below, notifying you that LGL can't connect with your QBO account.
When this occurs, you will need to update your connection.
First, disconnect QBO from your LGL account, as shown here:
Then reconnect it, as shown here:
Once you have completed these steps, the connection between your Little Green Light and QuickBooks Online accounts will be reestablished.
