Q. Does LGL work only or work best with a specific web browser?

No. LGL is designed to work seamlessly on the most common web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. We regularly test on the latest versions of these web browsers to ensure seamless functionality.

Q. I'm having trouble with some functionality of LGL while using Chrome/Edge. What should I do?

In all cases, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Make sure your computer is running the most recent operating system available.
  2. Update your web browser to the most recent version available.
  3. Clear your browser cache.
  4. Restart your computer to ensure all the latest updates are in effect.

Q. I'm having trouble with LGL and I use Bitdefender. What should I do?

First follow these steps:

  1. Open Bitdefender Internet Security, and click Protection on the left side of the main interface. 
  2. In the Online Threat Prevention module, click Settings. 
  3. In the Settings tab, switch OFF Encrypted web.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, try the following:

  1. Open Bitdefender and go to Protection > Online threat prevention > Settings > Manage exceptions
  2. Paste in the URL for your organization’s LGL account

    Here's an example of the URL you'll paste in: 

    https://YOURORGNAME.littlegreenlight.com

    ...where your account ID name replaces YOURORGNAME in the above.

Q. I'm having trouble with LGL and our organization has an IT company that helps us with anti-virus/firewall systems. What should I do?

Unfortunately, LGL cannot help resolve your IT issues in this situation. You will need to work with your IT company to resolve them.
