Unmerging a merged constituent record

NOTE: If you merged constituent records under 30 minutes ago, it will not be possible to unmerge them until at least 30 minutes have passed. Once you have unmerged a constituent record, please wait at least 30 minutes before confirming the unmerge was successful. 

To unmerge two constituent records that have been merged, first search for the merged record in LGL and click into the Constituent Details page. Then click the More actions button in the upper right of the page and select Find duplicates:

You'll be taken to the Find & merge duplicates page. Click on the History link to see the history of duplicate finder activity for this record:

From here, you have the option to undo the merge, which will restore the original record that had been merged:
