Review and update gift, pledge, and goal details

Each gift, pledge, and goal is listed in the Fundraising tab. You can view gifts and pledges in Fundraising > Giving, whereas Goals are viewable in Fundraising > Goals.
Gift listings also appear on the Constituent page within the Related activity list.
To view the details of any gift, pledge, or goal, click on the hyperlinked (in blue text) gift amount in either location.
Gift details
The gift details show the constituent, amount, gift type, and all other relevant gift information. As with the gift entry page, the related information is listed in a column on the right. Campaign, fund, event, and appeal names are hyperlinked so that you can pull up the details for each.
You can either edit or delete the gift directly from this page by clicking on Edit or Delete.
Related activity
As with constituents, the Related activity section displays all activity listings that are directly connected with this gift. This includes any tasks, documents, or comments, as well as other related gifts (as in the example above).
Pledge details
The pledge details show the constituent, amount, amount due, write-off amount (and date if applicable), next payment date (if applicable), and all other relevant pledge information. As with the pledge entry form, the related information is listed in a column on the right. Campaign, fund, event, and appeal names are hyperlinked so that you can pull up the details for each.
You can edit or delete the pledge from this page, and you can also update the installments.
Related activity
As with constituents, the related activity section displays all activity listings that are directly connected with this pledge. This includes any payments and installments, tasks, documents, or comments, as well as other related gifts (as in the example above).
On the Pledge Details page, you can also add a new gift if you want to enter a payment and no installment is already present.
Goal details
Goal details show the goal name, constituent name, ask amount, projection, due date, request status, request date, and related gift information (campaign, fund, appeal, event, and team member).
Related activity
In the Related activity section, you can see all activity listings that are directly connected to this goal, including tasks, documents, contact reports, and comments.
