How do I build a report showing attendee count for an event?
To report on attendee count for an event, follow the steps listed below. Keep in mind, you can use the "Inv. attendee count" field only when the additional guest feature is not enabled for your event.
NOTE: It is possible to report on attendee count only in constituent reports.

Now you can customize that field. Select the event you want to pull information from in the Select Event field, and check the box for the "Attendee Count" field or any others you want to include.
