Mapping notes and tasks
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are exporting note or task data and re-importing it in order to bulk update it, make sure you include the LGL Constituent ID and either the LGL Note ID or the LGL Task ID in your export, depending on which type of data you plan to update. When re-importing, ensure that you set up mappings for these fields so that the bulk change you are making will occur in the correct constituent, and note or task record/s.
Required fields
The Note Text field is a required field for notes. The Task Name field is a required field for tasks.
NOTE: If a date field is not provided and mapped on a note record, the date of the import will be added by default. If a due date field is not provided and mapped for a task, the date of the import will be added as the due date by default.
