Integrations for syncing WordPress users, Gravity Forms, and WooCommerce

In this article:

Three integrations from Arcada Labs

Three integrations are available for Little Green Light customers with websites powered by WordPress. The integrations have been built and are managed by Arcada Labs, a software integration company.

To set up these integrations, you'll need to add the WordPress User plugin, which is free. Then you can choose to include the Gravity Forms and/or WooCommerce add-ons, both of which require a fee that is paid to Arcada Labs.

WordPress Users (free plugin)

The basic integration is a free WordPress plugin that syncs your WordPress users to your LGL account. Your WordPress users can include subscribers such as blog subscribers or members.

Gravity Forms (fee-based add-on)

With Arcada Labs’ Gravity Forms add-on, you’ll be able to automatically transfer this data to your LGL account on an ongoing basis for streamlined and organized fund management. Simply select the forms you want to sync, the LGL funds, campaigns, and categories they apply to, and you’ll have your LGL constituents and gifts updated. It can also sync your past data.

WooCommerce (fee-based add-on)

With Arcada Labs’ WooCommerce add-on, you can instantly sync every transaction (both past and present) completed through your WooCommerce store as gifts on the LGL platform—in real time. For each WooCommerce product you’d like to track in LGL, you can choose the LGL category, fund, and campaign you want it to sync with and seamlessly pull all relevant information into your LGL database.

NOTE: Membership fields are not included in these integrations. The integrations do not support membership fields, so they cannot be used to update membership data in LGL.

Getting started

You will work directly with Arcada Labs to implement these integrations

Arcada Labs will ask you for your LGL access token, which you can generate on the Integration Settings page by navigating to Settings > Integration Settings in your LGL account. On the left side of the Integration Settings page under Third-Party Integrations, you’ll see links for the WordPress integrations. Click on one of those to activate your access token.
