Overview
It is possible to offer a newsletter signup with an optional donation, set up so that newsletter signups, and any gifts that are made, flow through to LGL.
To offer an optional donation in your newsletter signup form, follow the instructions below.
Set up the Amount field so it is not required
Add an Amount field to your newsletter signup form with your donation amounts provided.
Make sure the Amount field is set up to allow the form to be submitted, whether or not the Amount field is completed, by unchecking the “Required?” box, as shown in the screenshot below.
Test your form
We recommend always testing your form by making your Amount field optional and then creating a test submission.
