Why can't my team member send an LGL email?
NOTE: The text and screenshots in this article reflect a recent update to the LGL Email Builder that offers more and better formatting, plus the scheduling of emails up to 30 days in advance. Before a member of your team can send an email from within LGL using LGL email, that team member needs to be approved to do so.
Keep in mind, only verified LGL team members can be approved to send email. (A verified LGL account is one that has been created and the team member has previously created a password and logged in.)
To approve a team member to send emails from LGL, go to Mailings > Emails > Manage Senders, and check the appropriate Approved checkbox in the Sending Status column.
