Why can't my team member send an LGL email?

NOTE: We are in the process of rolling out a significant update to LGL Email that offers more and better formatting, plus the scheduling of emails up to 30 days in advance. The previous version of LGL Email will be phased out in July 2026. If you are still using the previous version of LGL Email, the screenshots in this article won’t match your user interface. Before a member of your team can send an email from within LGL using LGL email, that team member needs to be approved to do so. 

Keep in mind, only verified LGL team members can be approved to send email. (A verified LGL account is one that has been created and the team member has previously created a password and logged in.)

To approve a team member to send emails from LGL, go to Mailings > Emails > Manage Senders, and check the Approved checkbox in the Sending Status column.
