Why can't my team member send an LGL email?

NOTE: Only verified LGL team members can be approved to send email. A verified LGL account is one that has been created and the team member has previously created a password and logged in.

Before a member of your team can send an email from within LGL using LGL email, that team member needs to be approved to do so. 

To approve a team member to send emails from LGL, go to Mailings > Emails > Manage Senders, and check the Approved checkbox in the Sending Status column.
