Constituent PDF profiles

Overview
Little Green Light provides you with the ability to quickly download formatted PDF profiles of constituents. These profiles can be produced from either the individual constituent's record (for when you need just that one profile ahead of a donor visit) or for every constituent in your search results.
Two constituent profile layouts are available: The summary profile and the detailed profile.
NOTE: The maximum number of constituents you can download PDF profiles for at any given time is 3000.
Summary constituent profile
Generate a summary profile for a single constituent
You can access the summary profile from a single constituent's record by opening the record and clicking the More actions button. Then select the "Summary profile (PDF)" option.
Generate a summary profile for multiple constituents
To generate a summary profile for multiple constituents, first search for them in the Constituents tab. Then click "Export results". In the Customize step of the report builder, within the "Report Template" dropdown menu, select "Summary Profile (pdf)".

Detailed constituent profile
Generate a detailed profile for a single constituent
You can access the detailed constituent profile from the constituent record by opening the record, clicking the More actions menu, and selecting the "Detailed profile (PDF)" option.
Generate a detailed profile for multiple constituents
To generate the detailed profile for multiple constituents, first search for them in the Constituents tab. Then click "Export results". In the Customize step of the report builder, within the "Report Template" dropdown menu, select "Detailed Profile (pdf)".
